ABOUT 
Coach Simon
I am a qualified personal trainer, a run leader, and athletics coaching assistant. I have always had a strong interest in health and fitness with my main passion being running and weigh training. I have been offering run sessions for the past 6 years and has been a personal trainer for the past 3 years.
I specialises in both beginners running and mid to long distance run training as well as weight loss and strength training; I have worked with a range of clients catering to all abilities. What i offer is 1:1 and small group personal training, a weekly Bootcamp group and a Sunday morning run group and online training.

Health and fitness has always been an interest of mine. After focusing on running for several years, I then decided to follow my passion and qualify as a personal trainer 3 years ago. I have seen first-hand the benefit of regular exercise not only on my client’s bodies but also on their mental health. I strongly believe you need both a strong body and mind. I like to use a range of training methods and equipment, this keeps my sessions fun and interesting, boredom in not an option

Bootcamp/Group Training
About Our Group Training
We don’t just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don’t focus on just weights, we know you don’t want to get bulky, so we marry the two into a 60% Cardio 40% Strength split. This allows us to help you lose weight AND tone up. Not only that, the workout structure changes every day from circuit training, to crossfit style training, to tabata, to obstacle training, to boxing. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also when it comes to boot camp:

You don’t have to be a superstar everyday
You can go at your own pace
